Why Should You Prefer This Program?

The main purpose of the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program is to train manpower to be able to keep up with the aviation industry, have effective communication skills, have strong relations with customers, respond quickly to problems, to be solution-oriented, and could cope with the problems they encounter. Our university has the idea of carrying out higher education-oriented education in a practical way and cooperates with many solution partners for each department it offers. In our university, which acts based on the idea of practical education, you can benefit from our training laboratory (Mock-up), which is used with its technical equipment in the applied fields of the department courses.

What Jobs Can You Do After Graduation?

Our graduates will be able to be employed in domestic and foreign airline companies that provide national and international services in the aviation sector in line with the skills they have acquired. Private airline companies carrying domestic and international passengers, foreign airline companies, all kinds of businesses related to civil aviation constitute the employment areas of the department. The program aims to meet the demand for qualified cabin services personnel needed by the companies in the sector.

What Will You Learn?

Our vocational trainings are given practically and theoretically in the laboratory of our ISU Vocational School, in line with the requirements of the aviation industry and in accordance with the National and International Aviation Legislations.

Students to improve their managerial skills, crew resource management, emergency and first aid applications, normal safety and security practices that must be fulfilled in a flight operation, the rules of transporting dangerous goods in the cabin and in cargo, and cabin service applications are given to our students to raise awareness of passenger satisfaction. In addition, we have reinforcing courses such as organization and responsibilities in airline companies, and quality management system in aviation, which are necessary for aviation business.

Our department cooperates with sector representatives. This cooperation provides a significant advantage to our department students.
