Hilal Çakar, who completed her undergraduate education at Selçuk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2013, spent one academic year in Lublin University of Technology in Poland with the Erasmus exchange program during her undergraduate education. After completing his master's degree in business administration as of 2016, he started his education in Necmettin Erbakan University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration in the same year. As of 2020, he successfully completed the Doctorate program and was entitled to the title of Doctor. As of the 2017-2018 Education Period, he is an academic staff member at Istinye University Vocational School Human Resources Management Department. In the 2018-2019 academic year, he gave lectures at the University of Foggia in Italy with the personnel exchange movement within the scope of Erasmus.
